My Wellness Story
Excerpt from Detox or DIEt.
Do you feel tired, fatigued, can’t remember anything or lose words in the middle of a sentence? Do you feel like something is crawling on you, but you can’t find the bug? Do you have digestive problems like irritable bowel syndrome, colitis, inflammatory bowel disease, flatulence (gas) that won’t quit, or bloating? Do you suffer from food sensitivities or food allergies? How many allergic reactions have you experienced and doctors couldn’t tell you why? Do you have severe cravings for sugar? Have you experienced persistent vaginal yeast infections and have no idea why? How many times have your doctor told you he or she has no idea where the disease comes from or the cause is unknown? Do your joints hurt? Did you lose weight and gain it back even while exercising on a regular? Do you have trouble losing weight? Well, everything mentioned above was me as recently I discovered I was a walking human host for several different worms and an overgrowth of candida yeast. Over the years, I experienced more dis-ease than I can imagine and the sad part is most of them always came back after I took a prescribed pill from the doctor. And so that we are clear, here is a list of every symptom (dis-ease), I have ever experienced in my 46 years of life and no particular order.

• Floaters and flashes in my eyes
• Chills, fever
• Inability to sweat
• Unspecified sweating
• Hot flashes
• Psoriasis, Pityriasis Rosea, acne
• Lichen Planus
• Yeast infections
• Insomnia
• Anxiety
• Teeth grinding: (Bruxemia)
• Anal itch
• Chronic fatigue
• Allergies
• Sinus pressure
• Pneumonia
• Alopecia
• Depression
• Influenza
• Bronchitis
• Common cold
• Constipation, diarrhea, bloating and gas
• Joint and muscle pain
• Dark circles around or under the eyes
• Brain fog or poor coordination
• Early-stage heart disease
• Hypothyroidism
• Obesity
• High Blood Pressure
• High Cholesterol

I am sure I am missing something, but you get the point. In all that illness, there is one thing for sure that has helped me tremendously, and that has been diet and nutrition. 

The best weapon we can have is education and truth as I hope that Detox or DIEt will become a beacon of light for every individual in our world.
